A look at what is involved in reselling web hosting

As we have recently launched our reseller packages we thought it was a good idea to give a detailed look at what is involved in reseller web hosting.

In short reseller hosting is when you have a hosting account that enables you to host third party websites. The reseller buys disc space and bandwidth in bulk and break it into smaller chunks for his/her customers. The reseller does not need to have any technical knowhow as the system is fairly straight forward. What are the costs involved? The reseller will buy a hosting package for instance our Blue hosting they will only pay the monthly fee. They then can create their own packages and charge their customers whatever price they see fit. The reseller and their clients use whm/cpanel (whm-web host manager and cpanel for the website administration)

The reseller is responsible for the billing as well as providing first line of support to their customers we will be able to assist in any difficult issues.
